Description
Demi is an AI teammate that runs on your Mac and handles the recurring work around your work: drafting replies in your voice, preparing meeting briefs, capturing what was committed on a call, updating your CRM, scheduling, and chasing follow-ups you are owed. Rather than waiting to be prompted, it surfaces what needs your attention with the next step already prepared.

Instead of an automation builder with triggers and field mapping, Demi connects to the tools you already use and learns from the patterns across them, including how you write to different people and what usually happens after a call. It gets more accurate the longer you use it, and when it notices a task repeating it offers to take it over as a routine.
Demi keeps a clear boundary around what it does on its own versus what needs approval. Organizing, remembering, researching, and preparing happen automatically because they stay on your machine, while anything external or consequential, such as sending an email, booking a meeting, or changing a CRM record, is shown to you first for approval, editing, or skipping.
It works across more than 100 tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Notion, and leading meeting notetakers, and can also act on Mac apps without an API by reading the screen with permission. Demi is aimed at founders, sales, customer success, recruiting, and marketing professionals, with security including SOC 2 Type II and CASA Tier II compliance.
