Description
Serif is an AI email assistant that runs your inbox like an employee, including shared addresses such as info@, support@ and billing@. It answers customers, collects documents, sends quotes and chases unpaid invoices in your own inbox or one of its own. Unlike basic assistants that just help you write faster, Serif reads incoming mail continuously, answers the routine majority on its own in your voice, and brings you only what needs a human. You train it like a real hire, and it can also take real actions such as issuing refunds within your rules or uploading files to your systems.

Serif connects to Gmail and Outlook through Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 official APIs, learning your tone from emails you have already sent so replies sound like you. Everything starts in draft mode for your approval, and you can hand off low-risk scenarios once you trust it; if you give Serif its own address, it can run that inbox autonomously and escalate anything unusual. Setup takes under a minute with no configuration, starting from a pretrained employee that already knows your industry, and the team can train it for you.
Security is foundational: Serif is SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR and HIPAA compliant, uses OAuth and provider APIs, encrypts data in transit and at rest, never sells data and never uses your email to train public models. It reports processing 11M+ emails and saving 150,000+ hours per month. Plans run from a free start (no credit card) through Lite, Standard, Pro, Team and Enterprise, with paid plans starting at $30/month and higher tiers adding more usage, True Voice, team features and custom models.
