Leveraging AI, the extension automates the creation of individual, editable profiles for each imported resume. This means that all relevant candidate information is intelligently extracted and placed in the correct fields within the Today system. For each candidate, a distinct profile is generated, which can then be easily managed, evaluated, and used to schedule interviews.
The extension offers batch processing capabilities, allowing users to import multiple resumes simultaneously. It is designed to be compatible with popular job platforms such as Jobinja, Jobvision, and E-estekhdam, ensuring broad applicability for users across different recruitment channels. The one-click import feature, coupled with AI-driven data transfer, makes the process exceptionally efficient.
Key functionalities include the automatic creation of separate, editable profiles for each candidate, enabling comprehensive management. Users can edit candidate information, assign scores, conduct evaluations, access all personal details, schedule interviews, and even send emails or SMS messages to applicants directly from the platform. This integrated approach ensures that recruiters have all necessary tools at their fingertips.
The target audience for today HCM includes HR specialists, recruiters, and talent acquisition managers who are looking to optimize their workflow, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the speed and accuracy of their candidate sourcing and management processes. The tool's ability to handle batch imports and AI-powered data extraction offers a significant advantage in high-volume recruitment scenarios.
