The core functionality of AI Fox revolves around making talent acquisition more efficient. Users can browse candidate resumes on supported job search platforms. Once a promising candidate is identified, the extension allows for immediate addition to the HURMA database with just a few clicks. AI Fox then automatically creates a new candidate profile within HURMA, populating it with all the relevant information extracted directly from the job search website. This seamless integration ensures that candidate data is captured accurately and without manual entry errors, allowing recruiters to quickly access and manage potential hires.
To utilize AI Fox, users must be signed into their HURMA personal account. This integration ensures that all sourced candidates are directly managed within the HURMA HR management system. The extension aims to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks, freeing up recruiters to focus on more strategic aspects of talent acquisition, such as candidate engagement and relationship building.
The tool is particularly beneficial for organizations that rely heavily on external job boards for candidate sourcing. By automating the initial data entry phase, AI Fox significantly speeds up the workflow, enabling recruiters to build and manage their talent pipelines more effectively. The publisher, LLC Hurma System, has a good record with no history of violations, providing a level of trust for users concerned about data security and extension reliability.
