The extension facilitates a one-click process for creating new candidate profiles directly onto designated job positions within the Ajinga system. This automation significantly reduces the manual effort typically involved in transferring candidate data from job boards to applicant tracking systems. By minimizing data entry, AJINGA+ helps recruiters focus more on candidate engagement and less on administrative tasks.
Currently, AJINGA+ supports several major recruitment platforms, including 51job, Zhaopin, Liepin, and Lie Tou. This broad compatibility ensures that recruiters can leverage the tool across a wide range of their sourcing activities. The extension aims to be an indispensable tool for HR departments and recruitment agencies looking to optimize their hiring workflows and improve candidate management speed and accuracy.
The developer, Bojin Human Resources Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, emphasizes that AJINGA+ handles website content and has disclosed information regarding data collection and usage. They state that user data is not sold to third parties outside of approved use cases, nor is it used for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.
