Upon importing a resume, Moka automatically parses and completes essential candidate information, including name, contact details, and work experience. This ensures that all basic candidate data is accurately captured and readily available within the Moka system. A key feature is the resume duplicate checking functionality, which prevents the re-importation of resumes already present in your Moka system, thereby avoiding redundant entries and potential wasted resources.
Beyond resume management, Moka also simplifies job posting and refreshing. Recruiters can conveniently post and refresh job openings across multiple recruitment websites with a single click, reducing repetitive manual tasks and freeing up time for more strategic recruitment activities. The extension also facilitates quick resume purchases from third-party channels, synchronizing the acquired information directly into the Moka recruitment system.
The target audience for Moka includes HR professionals, recruiters, and talent acquisition specialists who are looking to optimize their recruitment processes. By automating key tasks such as resume import and data entry, Moka allows users to focus on candidate engagement and strategic hiring decisions. The extension aims to make the recruitment process smoother, faster, and more organized, ultimately contributing to a more effective talent acquisition strategy.
