SkyPlanner APS is advanced planning and scheduling software for manufacturers. It builds a finite-capacity production schedule from your orders, workstations, materials, and shifts, and its Arcturus AI engine rebuilds the whole plan in seconds when something changes. A live Gantt timeline shows every job in one view, including bottlenecks, late orders, and free capacity.

Arcturus reads live production data and proposes a complete schedule, but planners keep the final say. They can accept, lock, drag, or override any job, freeze upcoming shifts, and compare a new plan before accepting it. An optional Autopilot reschedules automatically within the limits and rules you set. SkyPlanner models real constraints such as setup and changeover times, tools and molds, subcontractors, and batch jobs, and can group jobs by shared properties to reduce changeovers.

The software works standalone from imported or manually entered data, or integrates with ERP and MES systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Epicor, Sage, and Siemens through a documented REST API and webhooks.
