Description
PandaChat runs AI-driven customer support operations for e-commerce brands in the Adria and DACH region, built for businesses whose support needs have outgrown a single self-serve tool: several backend systems, multiple languages, and channels that all need consistent answers. It is not a chatbot a customer builds and staffs themselves; PandaChat's own team runs it.

AI specialist agents connect directly to a retailer's store platform, such as Shopify or Magento, its ERP, CRM and warehouse management systems, and answer tickets across email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and live chat, in the languages a business's customers use, including Slovene, Croatian and German. A human supervisor checks every answer before it is sent, and actions considered risky, refunds among them, freeze until a person approves them.
Each morning, PandaChat sends a briefing to the account owner's phone, through WhatsApp, Viber, Discord, Slack, email or its own app, summarizing what happened overnight, what was caught, and what needs attention. A Control Room gives access to the underlying detail for anyone who wants to look deeper. Once a month, a Value Ledger reports results in euros rather than raw counts: support capacity delivered, losses prevented (such as refunds that did not match the original order, held and rejected by a person), and after-hours conversations answered, all computed from the account's own numbers.
PandaChat does not publish per-ticket pricing; instead it uses a two-phase, capped structure. Implementation is a one-time fee, typically 25,000 to 35,000 euros (from 12,000 euros for a simple one- or two-system stack, 40,000 euros or more for complex multi-market operations), covering four to eight weeks of connecting the business's systems and channels. The ongoing managed service costs 4,500 to 6,000 euros a month (from 2,500 euros for a narrow scope, up to 10,000 euros for large multi-market operations), with the price cap fixed in the contract before signing and every channel included.
There is no self-serve signup; engagement starts with a call to scope the business's systems, channels, languages and ticket volume.
