Description
Lucy Edit AI is an AI video editor that performs text-guided video editing using natural-language prompts. You upload a source video and describe the changes you want in plain English, and the AI applies precise edits such as clothing changes, character transformations, object additions, color modifications, and scene alterations, without complex technical terminology.

A central strength is motion preservation: the technology maintains the original video's timing, camera movements, and character actions while applying visual transformations, so edits look natural and synchronized rather than distorted. It analyzes motion patterns, character positions, and scene composition when processing to keep results consistent.
The workflow is upload, write instructions, let the AI process with motion preservation, review and refine iteratively, then export in high-quality formats. It supports formats including MP4, AVI, and MOV across various resolutions and frame rates, and works best with descriptive prompts of about 20 to 30 words using trigger words like change, add, replace, or transform. It can also handle videos with multiple characters, though results are strongest with one primary subject.
Lucy Edit AI is aimed at fashion content, marketing videos, and creative projects, and delivers results suitable for commercial use with commercial licensing rights. It offers a free trial plus Professional, Studio, and Enterprise plans, including API integration for scalable workflows.
