Description
Kollab is an AI agent workspace built for people and teams who create content continuously. Instead of a one-off chat box, it keeps project material, drafts, feedback, outputs, and collaboration records together so the same sources can keep supporting future work. Teams work with shared agents backed by reusable Skills, Bots, connectors, memory, and project context in one place.
Material can come from web pages, documents, podcasts, videos, and team chats. Kollab parses pages and transcribes audio and video so every source becomes usable project context, then uses that context to create outlines, scripts, text-and-image posts, audio, video, 3D models, and websites without switching tools. When content is ready, teams can adapt it per channel and publish directly to X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Connectors bring existing tools, repositories, and external pages into each project, while Memory retains brand voice and team rules, Skills turn proven prompts and workflows into reusable capabilities, Scheduled tasks automate recurring work, and Bots bring the agent into Slack, Discord, Telegram, Feishu, and LINE.
Kollab supports team permissions, data isolation, and private deployment, so teams with compliance requirements can keep customer material, brand assets, and internal knowledge inside their own environment. It is built by a small product and engineering team across Hong Kong and Japan.
