The process begins by uploading a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 3 MB. Users can add optional scene direction to guide the generation process. Once the image is uploaded, Image Blaster generates a 3D environment that can be explored in an interactive preview. Users can rotate, zoom, and explore the 3D world, view the panorama, and download the files in SPZ and GLB formats.
Image Blaster supports a variety of use cases, including game prototyping, environment concept expansion, location planning, and worldbuilding references. It allows users to turn concept photos or reference shots into walkable 3D block-outs, expand painted landscapes into environments for further exploration, and explore the feel and layout of potential settings.
The tool is currently free to use, and users can refresh the page during generation without losing progress, thanks to session cookies that store recent jobs for up to seven days. However, clearing cookies or changing browsers will result in the loss of access to these jobs. Image Blaster does not currently offer standalone object generation or sound effects, and output quality depends on the input image and model used.
