How it works: The process begins with connecting livestreams or video inputs and uploading branding elements, templates, and output settings. Once the event concludes, the platform automatically trims the live footage into key segments, saving hours of manual editing. Finally, branded videos are delivered via cloud service integrations, ready for immediate upload and sharing. This seamless workflow ensures that event content is not lost due to delays or manual processing.
Key capabilities include real-time automatic editing powered by an AI engine that trims dead space from intros and outros. Content is processed and delivered via a secure cloud platform, with instant delivery links provided as soon as a session ends. The platform supports multi-stream connections for various stages or venues and allows for the addition of branded templates, including logos, intros, outros, and calls to action. This automation reduces crew hours, eliminates overnight edits, and enables the offering of instant post-session content as a service.
Edit on the Spot is designed for Event Tech Companies, Production Teams, Conference Organisers, Venue Managers, and Media & Marketing Teams. It addresses the common problem of event content going un-reused due to slow editing and sharing, which leads to lost viral moments, reduced sponsor ROI, and wasted budgets on manual work. The platform offers a scalable solution for managing multi-room or multi-day events with concurrent streams, requiring no specialized editing software or skills.
The value proposition lies in its speed, automation, scalability, simplicity, and consistency. It provides polished video content within minutes, handles trimming, branding, and transcription automatically, and allows for effortless management of complex events. Users can operate from anywhere without needing editing expertise, ensuring professional, on-brand videos are delivered consistently.
