The platform has three layers. Apps deliver one agent, with a single memory and permission model, natively in Slack, GitHub, the web, Messages, and Linear (with Teams coming). Models are handled by an adaptive router that scores each request and routes it to the right tier (xfast, fast, balanced, or deep) across frontier models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini alongside open-weight models, with mid-stream failover and no lock-in. Infrastructure gives each agent microVM sandboxes with persistent filesystems, scoped secrets, and cron for running real code. Your company is defined as code in plain TypeScript with owned integrations for Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Postgres, Stripe, Gmail, and Sentry, deployable to your own environment or Adapt Cloud.
Adapt uses usage-based pricing with unlimited seats (1 credit = $0.01), free starting credits, and a Slack bonus, and is SOC 2 Type II certified with self-host, VPC, or managed on-prem options. It is aimed at teams that want to own an AI agent across their whole company.
