Minded works by allowing you to record your actions, similar to hiring an expert on Upwork. You can then use these recordings to teach your AI agents how to operate your systems and serve your customers effectively. The platform supports processing documents in any format or language with human-level accuracy. This capability enables agents to handle a wide range of tasks, from data entry to customer support, with ease.
Minded is designed for a variety of users, including operations leads and business operation directors, who can manage AI agents just like their teams. The platform offers enterprise-grade security, including full audit trails, SSO management, and permission controls, making it suitable for regulated industries. Minded has been shown to deliver significant results, with some users reporting that their AI agents performed the work of 180 reps and went live in just two months. This can lead to significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.
Minded's value proposition lies in its ability to streamline automation processes and improve customer service. By allowing users to train AI agents through screen recordings and natural language, Minded makes it easier to automate tasks and improve customer interactions. This can lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. Minded helps businesses achieve more with less, allowing them to double their top line without doubling headcount.
