Description
The timeshifter Chrome extension is designed to automate the creation of timesheets for legal professionals, leveraging the power of generative Artificial Intelligence. It functions by capturing pertinent information directly from the content you browse online. This captured data is then seamlessly transmitted to the timeshifter application, which is installed separately on your device.

Once the data is received, the timeshifter app utilizes its AI capabilities to construct a comprehensive timesheet. This process eliminates the manual effort typically involved in logging billable hours, allowing lawyers to focus more on their practice and less on administrative tasks. The extension operates discreetly in the background during your browsing sessions, ensuring that no relevant detail is missed.
Key to its functionality is the integration between the browser extension and the core application. The extension acts as a data collector, while the application serves as the AI-powered processing engine. This synergy ensures that the timesheet is built accurately and efficiently, reflecting the actual work performed based on online activities. The tool is particularly beneficial for lawyers who spend significant time researching, communicating, or managing cases online.
The timeshifter extension is developed by HENRIQUE MARTINS LABELLA COSTA R., who has a good record with the Chrome Web Store. The developer has also identified as a trader and committed to EU law compliance. Privacy is addressed with the disclosure that timeshifter handles website content, and data is not sold to third parties or used for purposes unrelated to the item's core functionality. The developer also states data is not used for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
With 371 users and a 5.0 rating based on 2 reviews, timeshifter demonstrates a strong initial reception. The extension was last updated on July 30, 2025, and is available in Portuguese (Brazil). Its size is a minimal 18.65KiB, making it a lightweight addition to your browser. For support, users can visit the developer's support site or contact them via email or phone.
