Pro users can group sessions by client or project and use cross-session intelligence to ask questions and get answers drawn from earlier conversations. Specialized session modes tailor the coaching style to the scenario.
Hedy is built privacy-first: speech recognition runs on-device by default, audio is not stored, and transcripts are never used to train AI models. On capable hardware, Local AI Processing can run transcription, summaries, and live suggestions entirely on-device, even offline. It has completed an independent SOC 2 Type I examination and HIPAA assessment, and offers GDPR documentation, DPA agreements, and EU data residency.
