Description
DiscMeet is an AI transcription and note-taking bot for Discord. It joins a voice channel when a recording starts, records each speaker separately, and after the call posts a speaker-labeled transcript and an AI-written summary with decisions, action items, and key moments as a searchable Discord thread, usually within a minute of the call ending. It supports 100+ languages and is used by 2,200+ servers.
Beyond meetings, DiscMeet includes a full campaign management system for tabletop RPGs and Dungeons & Dragons games. Game masters can track campaigns, characters, NPCs, locations, and items through slash commands and a web dashboard, and generate session recaps and continuity notes without leaving Discord.
Every Discord voice call can also become durable context for AI assistants: through MCP compatibility, transcripts and campaign data can be queried in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP-compatible agent. DiscMeet emphasizes privacy, with audio encrypted at rest and scoped to each server, empty meetings destroyed immediately, and full-meeting recordings off by default.
A free plan offers 2 recordings of 1 hour each with no credit card required. Paid Pro, Pro+, and Studio plans add more monthly recording hours, longer sessions, MP3 export, multi-channel recording, webhooks, and API access. DiscMeet is built and operated by Siddarth Sam.
