Rhythm delivers daily warm-ups, cool-downs and reflections plus weekly and monthly check-ins tied back to those goals.
Crystal contrasts itself with a human executive coach, who typically checks in one to four times a month, and with generic AI, which shows up only when opened and does not retain context between sessions. Crystal instead initiates conversations on a set rhythm and draws on six assessments, peer reviews, calendar data and daily logs as context for each one.
The business side of the product is still active. Crystal Assessments let a team pick a purpose, such as sales, hiring, onboarding, conflict or meeting preparation, add participants, and get a report without every participant needing their own license. Predictions builds personality-based prospect profiles for sales teams ahead of a call. A Chrome extension shows a personality read on any LinkedIn profile as part of Crystal Premium.
A free tier never expires and includes all six assessments, a first Vision snapshot and daily Rhythm prompts. Premium costs $49 a month, or $490 billed annually, and for teams $49 per seat per month; it adds a full personality profile and guide library, unlimited Vision snapshots, deeper daily, weekly and monthly Rhythm content, and the LinkedIn Chrome extension. Team Assessments start at $99 a month and Predictions starts at $59 a month; an API is billed per call. Crystal points to a cost comparison on its own pricing page: roughly $294 for six months of Premium against a typical $9,000 to $25,000 six-month human coaching engagement.
