Description
Cargo is go-to-market infrastructure built for coding agents rather than marketers. Instead of logging into a dashboard, a team declares its GTM system, data models, tools, plays, territories, and agents, as a TypeScript repository, and Cargo deploys and runs it.

A project starts with a single command, npx @cargo-ai/cli@latest project init my-gtm, which scaffolds a git repository, runs git init, and installs Cargo's skills so an agent knows how to work in it. Six coding agents can read and write that repo directly: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Devin, and Replicas. A play can be requested in natural language inside a coding-agent session or written by hand as CDK TypeScript; either way it lands in the same repo, reviewed like any other code change through a pull request.
Once deployed, Cargo runs plays on a trigger or schedule rather than a laptop, retrying failed steps with backoff and logging every step so nothing fails silently. The platform maintains more than 100 connectors to CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and warehouse systems, and ships ready-made cookbooks for jobs like account scoring, CRM deduplication and enrichment, TAM building, and agentic email engagement, each a worked example teams adapt to their own systems. A hosted app view lets non-technical teammates watch a play run and see its results without reading the underlying code.
Cargo states it is SOC 2 Type II certified, with SSO, role-based access, data residency options, audit logs of every run and approval, and versioned rollback for agents, plays, and workflows. New accounts can start building for free with starting credits and no card required; enterprise engagements go through a sales conversation.
Cargo is aimed at GTM engineers and revenue operations teams that already work with coding agents, not traditional no-code marketers; getting value from it assumes comfort with a git-based, code-first workflow rather than a point-and-click builder.

How to use Cargo?
Initialize a repo: run npx @cargo-ai/cli@latest project init my-gtm to scaffold your GTM repository.
Add a cookbook: install a worked example like cargo-ai project add cookbook/tam-building and adapt it.
Build or ask for a play: request it in a coding agent session, or write it as CDK TypeScript.
Deploy: run cargo-ai project deploy to plan the diff and push it live.
Monitor: watch runs, traces, and results in the hosted app, or roll back to a previous state.
Cargo's Use Cases
