Every prompt is anonymized and every file is encrypted end to end, and BoodleBox says it has legally binding no-training agreements with its model providers, alongside FERPA, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, VPAT, HECVAT 4.0, and TX-RAMP compliance. The platform is organized around three audiences: education (administrators, faculty, and students), enterprise (teams, IT and security, and legal and professional users), and individuals using it for school or work.
BoodleBox offers a free Basic plan with unlimited prompts on basic models and 5 prompts a day on premium models, a Premium plan at $20 a month ($16 for education) with unlimited premium-model prompts and team collaboration, and a Power plan at $100 a month (or $1,080 a year) adding priority response speed, larger document limits, and a beta Deep Research Assistant. An Enterprise tier with custom pricing adds unlimited chat access, dedicated support, and custom integrations such as an institution's LMS.
