Description
Duet is built for consultants and agencies that create AI agents for their clients, rather than for a single company running agents internally. Each client gets a dedicated workspace that holds the agent's instructions, its accumulated memory, skill files, and any apps it has built, running on an always-on machine instead of a shared sandbox.

The workflow has three stages. First, the consultant writes the agent's skills, checklists and rules the way they would brief a new hire. Second, that system is deployed into each client's own workspace: the client's data stays inside it, the consultant's playbook runs inside it, and the client's staff sign in without ever seeing other clients. Third, the consultant keeps improving the system from one place: publishing an agent to a marketplace means every workspace that installed it picks up a fix the moment it is made.
Each workspace behaves like a real computer rather than a limited sandbox, with up to 10 cores, 24 GB of RAM and 100 GB of storage, plus its own browser so agents can fill in forms, log into accounts and act on the live web. Agents can install software the way an employee would, including WhatsApp, Slack or a command-line tool, and they can be scheduled, triggered by events, or run on demand. Whatever an agent builds, a dashboard, a tracker, a small site, goes live at a real URL hosted from the workspace. Access to AI models runs through one gateway covering models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others, so a user picks a quality tier rather than a specific model name. Duet also connects to more than 3,000 tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, Notion and Slack, and works alongside agent tools a team may already use, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex and Cursor.
Pricing is a monthly subscription per workspace. Starter is $20 a month for a 4-core, 8 GB server with 20 GB of storage and about 20 credits (roughly 420 messages). Pro is $50 a month for an 8-core, 16 GB server with 50 GB of storage and 60 credits, at a better rate per dollar. Max is $200 a month for a 10-core, 24 GB server with 100 GB of storage and 250 credits, at the best rate per dollar. Every plan includes unlimited seats, role-based access controls and audit logs, and a 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
Duet is aimed specifically at people managing AI agents on behalf of other businesses: consultants, agencies and similar service providers. The consultant still designs the agent's instructions and skills; Duet supplies the isolated workspace, the compute, the model access and the hosting underneath it.
