The process begins with a free, two-minute Values Assessment designed to identify what energizes and drains users in a work environment. This assessment forms the foundation for subsequent steps. Next, the 'Vibe Check' feature allows users to paste job postings and receive an AI-driven analysis highlighting 'green flags' and 'red flags' based on their identified values, a unique capability not found in other CV tools. This helps users pre-qualify opportunities before investing time in applications.
Following the discovery phase, users can build their CV using one of four professional templates. The Smart CV Builder offers AI writing assistance and auto-fills information from a user's profile. Drafts can be created for free, with one watermarked PDF export available at no cost. For tailored applications, AI CV Adaptation is available for $1.99 per job, ensuring the CV is ATS-ready and optimized for specific roles. This pay-as-you-go model contrasts with subscription services, allowing users to pay only for what they need.
Collaboration is a key aspect, with the ability to share CVs with mentors or friends for feedback and editing directly within the app. WunderJob also offers a 'Refer & Earn' program, where users receive additional exports for referring friends who make purchases. The platform emphasizes transparency and user control, with no subscriptions, credits, or dark patterns. Users can try most features for free and pay once for clean PDF exports, owning them forever. This approach targets individuals seeking a more intentional and values-driven approach to their job search and career development.
