Description
Scout7 is a marketing engine built to be run from a coding agent rather than from its own chat interface. It connects over a remote MCP server (OAuth 2.0, one connection per brand workspace) to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT, and adds prompts and "Agent Skills" the agent can call, including a single command that runs a full week of marketing: /scout7-run-organic-loop.

Setup starts on the Scout7 website: a user adds their site, and Scout7 reads up to 100 pages to build a brand workspace covering positioning, competitors, differentiators and an audit of buyer questions the site doesn't yet answer. After that, one line connects an agent (a CLI command for Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, or a custom connector URL for claude.ai and ChatGPT).
The recurring "loop" the product is built around has seven steps: scan the site, find content gaps, create content, publish it, engage with responses, build backlinks, and measure results, then repeat with a deeper read of the site. Content produced includes articles with a distinct point of view, LinkedIn carousels, 9:16 videos, and social posts, all written in the brand's voice from the workspace data. Scheduled publishing covers LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Reddit. The platform also includes a free hosted blog with internal links and a glossary, SEO and AI-visibility audits with citation re-probing (checking whether AI answer engines cite the brand), and audience research pulled from real social conversations. Draft paid campaigns for Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit can be built in the workspace as well, though they are not run automatically.
Every action that publishes content or spends credits requires explicit approval in the chat; the agent can read the site and draft content on its own, but posting and scheduling wait for the user's OK. Some tasks still require the Scout7 web app rather than an agent: onboarding a new website, recording a founder's face or voice for video, uploading personal photos or files, and viewing the content calendar.
Pricing is credit-based across three plans: Starter at $9/month (300 credits, one brand workspace), Growth at $69/month, discounted from $99 (3,000 credits, three brand workspaces, competitor-question tracking), and a custom Scale plan for agencies (unlimited brand workspaces, MCP access on every workspace, pay-as-you-go, priority support). Every plan runs the same feature set; plans differ only in credits and workspace count, and extra credits can be bought at any time. The product states it does not use customer content or chats to train AI models.
Scout7 is aimed at solo and small-team founders who build with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and have limited time for marketing, at marketers inside small software companies, and at agencies running one workspace per client.
