Sachiv.AI offered fully automated project workflows, encompassing everything from meeting intelligence to task execution, requiring no manual intervention. Its capabilities included deep integration with popular project management and communication tools such as JIRA, Asana, Slack, and GitHub. The AI could automatically capture meeting context, create tasks, assign owners, and meticulously track progress to completion, fostering a seamless project ecosystem under AI orchestration.
Unlike basic meeting assistants, Sachiv.AI was designed for proactive management. It understood project context, managed dependencies, tracked milestones, and actively worked towards ensuring project success through intelligent automation. The core functionality involved inviting the Sachiv.AI bot to Google Meet, after which it would autonomously manage the project lifecycle from the initial discussion through final delivery and reporting.
The platform achieved significant recognition, reaching the Top 10 on Product Hunt and serving over 100 users. Despite its innovative approach, Sachiv.AI was discontinued in September 2024, primarily due to infrastructure costs. The company's journey highlighted a key difference in the market: while many competitors focused on meeting assistants, Sachiv.AI pioneered a full-scale AI program manager approach.
Sachiv.AI was part of the Antler US 2024 cohort, benefiting from their support in developing its vision. The company's original pitch deck and one-pager are available, showcasing the concept that secured early investment and validation. The team learned that true AI automation often requires bespoke solutions, leading to their current offering of custom enterprise AI implementations through Adya, specializing in Graph RAGs and rapid app development for end-to-end program management systems.
