Description
Prentus is a comprehensive career outcomes operating system designed for higher education institutions. It aims to transform these institutions into environments where every graduate secures employment and every placement is verified. The platform offers a suite of AI-driven tools, including an AI Career Advisor, AI mock interviews, job tracking, and AI-assisted outcomes collection. These tools work together to guide students from the start of their education to employment, capturing verified outcomes data that institutions can use to drive enrollment, defend funding, and ensure compliance.

Prentus integrates directly with platforms like Handshake, complementing existing tools by preparing students for employment and tracking their success. It replaces multiple career tools, offering a unified solution that includes job boards, resume tools, interview preparation, and outcome tracking. Implementation of Prentus is a structured process, taking approximately 90 days from diagnosis to stabilization, with ongoing support from the Prentus team.
The platform is designed to maximize student engagement and career success at scale. Each student is assigned a personal AI agent that understands their goals, provides nudges, and handles outreach and follow-ups. This allows advisors to focus on interactions that require human intervention. Prentus also offers gamified goals, a peer community, and job-search tools that engage students throughout their career journey.
Prentus scans over a million jobs monthly, providing students with real opportunities. It tracks outcomes through self-reporting and verified LinkedIn scans, exporting data needed for board, accreditor, or state reporting. The platform's open API allows for further customization and integration. Prentus is used by institutions like DeVry University and Fullstack Academy, which have reported significant savings and efficiency gains after adopting the platform.
