The platform focuses on reducing noise and restoring momentum, enabling teams to ship products with high velocity and focus. It automatically turns conversations and customer feedback into actionable issues, which are then routed, labeled, and prioritized for the appropriate teams. This feature ensures that teams can plan and navigate from the initial idea to the final launch effectively, aligning with product initiatives and maintaining clear, up-to-date product requirement documents (PRDs).
Linear also allows users to build and deploy AI agents that can work alongside human teammates, tackling complex tasks collaboratively or managing entire issues from start to finish. The platform streamlines code reviews by providing clear diffs and better context, which helps maintain quality while keeping pull requests moving swiftly. This focus on efficiency and clarity is what makes Linear an essential tool for product development in today's fast-paced environment.
Founded in 2019, Linear is backed by a diverse team of designers and engineers who are committed to software craftsmanship. The platform is built with best-in-class security practices, ensuring that all work remains safe and private. With features like SOC 2 compliance and advanced admin controls, Linear prioritizes the security of its users' data.
