Users enter a customer's name and announcement details through a web app or via API, and the platform generates a complete PA-ready audio file for playback. Behind the scenes it uses a purpose-built name-pronunciation model, trained on names from around the world, to produce a more accurate spoken name and combine it with the rest of the announcement in the same voice. An optional translated version can be generated so the announcement is played in a language the listener is more likely to understand.
EasyAnnounce is aimed at any organization that calls people by name or makes regular repeat announcements, such as airports, airlines, hospitals, clinics, train stations, schools, resorts, cafés, and AI call centres. Its REST API provides name-pronunciation hints, language prediction, and text-to-speech generation, and it can connect to existing PA systems through direct terminal connections, Audio-over-IP, or a custom software bridge via its PA Provider directory. Customer names are not retained after processing, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
