Description
Design Arena is a global crowdsourced benchmark for design, operated by Arcada Labs. Users describe what they want to make, from a website or game to an image, video, presentation, or app, and instantly see how the top AI models bring the idea to life, then vote to crown a winner. Millions of people across 190+ countries use it to discover new models and compare their capabilities.
Evaluation runs as a tournament. A user enters a prompt, a category is selected, and four models are sampled from an active pool to generate responses simultaneously. Models are presented anonymously side by side across a series of pairwise battles, and each blind vote feeds directly into win-rate and Bradley-Terry model calculations that produce a full ranking and update the leaderboard.
Leaderboards cover several categories, including web development (both non-agentic single-file HTML and agentic React apps), game development, and mobile development in Kotlin and React Native. Model identities stay hidden during evaluation to prevent brand bias, and the methodology is open for community review.
