Description
Charigent is a workspace for creating what it calls Charigents: AI personas that come in two forms. An Agent is built around a business's own knowledge, taking documents and instructions and answering questions consistently across channels such as a website widget, email, Slack, WhatsApp or a phone line. A Character is built around a personality instead, with a defined voice, greeting and memory that can hold details such as birthdays, people, places and past conversations, to be tested privately before it is shared with an audience. Charigent was previously operated under the Brain Pod AI name before relaunching under its current name and site.

Beyond the persona builder itself, Charigent bundles several connected tools. An Image Studio generates visuals at several quality levels and, on higher plans, allows editing a specific region of an image instead of regenerating it from scratch. A Content Engine moves from keyword research through a brief, a draft and a review, publishing directly to platforms such as WordPress on its Pro tier and above. A Flow Builder turns repeatable work into a visual, connected process across other tools, with an option to pause for human approval before a sensitive action runs. Voice AI lets a Character or Agent speak in real time and move a text conversation to a phone call.
A Character built in Charigent can also be published for an audience: creators can shape an original character's personality and knowledge, test it privately, and then publish it for others to interact with, with a marketplace and supported fan-payment options for creators who want to monetize that audience.
Access to Charigent is currently by request rather than open signup; the site describes existing members and states that new account creation is temporarily unavailable while it is gated this way. Published pricing runs from a Starter plan at $19 a month with chat, image and content tools and a small number of Charigents, up to a Business plan at $99 a month adding more Charigents, unlimited knowledge sources, voice cloning and the ability to connect a company's own AI service keys, each with a 14-day evaluation period.
Charigent is built for businesses that want a consistent, knowledge-grounded AI presence across several channels, and for creators who want to build and, on paid tiers, monetize an original AI character.
