Description
Bubbles is an AI notetaker that turns meetings into action while helping teams skip unnecessary ones. It records meetings automatically, transcribes them, and generates AI summaries and action items. Beyond note-taking, it supports async video messaging and screen recording, letting teammates comment at different points in a video and collaborate without live calls.

Bubbles integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams and connects to Google Calendar and Outlook, adding meeting notes to calendar events. A browser extension lets you quickly record any tab, and a Slack integration keeps conversations flowing. On the Free plan, the notetaker joins all meetings from your calendar that have a supported link, while the Pro plan lets you control which meetings it joins and who receives recordings.
The tool offers a Basic (free) tier for recording and sharing, plus Pro Personal and Pro Teams plans that add unlimited recording length, AI transcripts, notetaker customization, and access controls. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial for Pro, and pricing adjusts automatically as team size changes.
