BlockPoster.ai is an online tool designed to transform photos or AI-generated artwork into large block posters. This service allows users to upload images, crop, split, and preview their designs without any cost. The platform operates entirely within the user's browser, ensuring that ordinary uploads remain local and are not sent to the server. This makes it suitable for personal or sensitive projects. However, AI-generated images require online processing for safety checks. Users can choose from five paper sizes, including A4, US Letter, A3, Legal, and Tabloid, and adjust margins and overlaps to suit their printer settings.
BlockPoster.ai offers a flexible pricing model. The free version allows up to five sheets across, while paid versions support up to ten sheets. Subscriptions provide unlimited HD downloads and a monthly allowance of AI credits. One-time packs are also available, offering HD unlocks and AI credits without the need for renewal.
This tool is ideal for educators, DIY enthusiasts, home decorators, and event planners who want to create large-scale prints from smaller images. It is easy to use, with a straightforward interface that guides users through the process of creating and assembling their block posters. Despite its simplicity, users should be aware of potential pixelation issues when enlarging low-resolution images.
