Agenta ships pre-built agent templates organized by function: engineering (a code review agent that reviews every pull request and leaves inline comments, using configurable skills such as diff review, style checking and risk scanning, and tools like GitHub and Linear), customer support, sales (including a proposal-drafting agent that turns discovery-call notes into a draft proposal and can revise pricing or an implementation plan), company knowledge, and operations (including an SEO automation agent that researches and drafts articles, and an ad-campaign-analysis agent that reviews performance and compares creative variants). A person interacts with these agents through chat in Slack or Telegram, for example asking an agent to research a brief and prepare it in Notion, then reviewing and giving feedback on the result.
Model choice is flexible: a team can use an existing ChatGPT subscription with named models, or bring their own API key for providers such as OpenRouter, Gemini or xAI, or connect a self-hosted Ollama model. Agenta lists over 1,000 integrations, including Slack, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot (with CRM read/write), Google Drive, Linear, Zendesk and Discord. Agents are also given what the site calls "a computer," a shared browser-and-files workspace where they can research a topic and save output such as briefs, reports or source lists.
Agenta Cloud offers a free Hobby tier (two team members, unlimited projects, agents and workflows, 5,000 agent runs a month, one week of trace retention, community support), a Pro tier at $29 a month (unlimited team members, 10,000 agent runs a month included with $5 per additional 10,000, unlimited evaluations, one month of trace retention), a Business tier at $299 a month (adds team roles and RBAC, SSO, a SOC 2 Type II report, three months of trace retention, priority support), and a custom Enterprise tier with audit logs, custom domains and dedicated support. There is also a separate, fully free, open-source edition that can be self-hosted with unlimited users, projects, agents and workflows, bring-your-own models and credentials, RBAC, SSO, and Docker Compose deployment.
