1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of toolpotion.ai and its related services (together, the “Service”), operated by ToolPotion (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

ToolPotion is a directory of third-party AI tools and software. We index, describe, categorize and translate information about tools built and operated by others. The Service provides information to help you discover tools — it does not sell, license, host or operate any of the listed tools, and your use of any listed tool is a matter between you and its vendor, under that vendor’s own terms.

3. Accuracy of listings

Listing content — descriptions, features, pricing notes, screenshots, categorization and translations — is compiled from publicly available sources and is generated in part by automated systems, including AI. Tools change constantly: prices move, features ship and retire, products shut down. We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Always verify details with the vendor before relying on them — especially before paying for anything. If you spot an error, please tell us.

4. No endorsement; third-party tools and links

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any tool, and no listing constitutes professional advice. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction or dispute between you and a listed vendor. Links leave toolpotion.ai at your own discretion; external sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users.

6. Your submissions and reviews

You may submit tools, reviews and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights to what you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

• Submitting a tool does not guarantee a listing. We review, edit, categorize, translate, reject and remove submissions at our sole discretion.
• User Content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or spam (including undisclosed self-promotion in reviews).
• We may remove any User Content at any time, with or without notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its security, or access it by circumventing rate limits or access controls;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download the directory at disruptive volume, or republish substantial portions of it;
• submit content by automated means, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation;
• upload malware or use the Service to distribute it;
• use the Service in violation of applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, text, software, and the selection and arrangement of the directory — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for discovering and evaluating tools; no other rights are granted.

Third-party product names, logos, trademarks and screenshots that appear in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction. If you own a tool and want your listing corrected, updated or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

9. Featured and promoted placements

Some listings may be highlighted as featured — editorially selected, or, where offered, paid placements. Featured status affects placement and visibility only: it is not a review, certification or guarantee of any tool, and paid placements never change the factual content of a listing.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND OF ANY TOOL YOU DISCOVER THROUGH IT, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LISTED TOOL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 8, and 10–16) survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be signposted on the site. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ToolPotion operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
