The latest release, version 2.1.34, addresses issues related to switching between multiple WeChat accounts. Previously, the software would mistakenly select the wrong account due to how WeChat updates its database files. The update now selects accounts based on which database is actively being written to, preventing errors when switching accounts. Additionally, the update automatically removes outdated fragments from the cache to avoid errors when opening databases.
Persona Morph is designed to automatically update itself, ensuring users always have the latest version without manual intervention. It waits for idle moments to perform updates, minimizing disruption. Users are advised to configure the database directory at a higher level to allow the software to follow the active account automatically.
The tool is particularly useful for users managing multiple WeChat accounts on a single machine, providing seamless transitions and accurate account management. It is a valuable tool for those who need to maintain active communication in group chats without manual oversight.
