Description
SkmAI is an AI-powered Chrome extension designed to revolutionize how users search within YouTube videos. Unlike traditional keyword-based searches, SkmAI leverages artificial intelligence to understand the meaning and intent behind your queries. This allows it to pinpoint the most relevant clips and provide precise timestamps, even across videos in any language.

Powered by advanced AI, SkmAI goes beyond simple keyword matching. It interprets the semantic meaning of your search terms, enabling it to find specific moments in videos that align with your intent. This multilingual capability means you can search for concepts and ideas, and SkmAI will find them regardless of whether the video is in English, Arabic, French, or any other language. The core benefit is a dramatic reduction in the time spent searching for specific content within lengthy videos.
The extension offers a free tier for videos up to one hour in length, with an option to upgrade to a Pro version for longer content. This tiered pricing model makes the powerful AI search functionality accessible to a wide range of users, from casual viewers to professionals who frequently reference video content. The SkmAI team emphasizes their commitment to enhancing the search experience, positioning the tool as part of the next generation of video search technology.
SkmAI is developed by the owner of getclipy.com and has a good record with the Chrome Web Store. The publisher has not identified itself as a trader, and for consumers in the European Union, consumer rights do not apply to contracts with this developer. The extension handles personally identifiable information, with assurances that data is not sold to third parties outside approved use cases, nor used for purposes unrelated to the core functionality or for creditworthiness determination.
Users can expect a more efficient way to navigate and extract information from YouTube. Whether you are a student researching a topic, a content creator looking for inspiration, or a professional needing to find specific data points in a lecture or tutorial, SkmAI aims to save you hundreds of hours by making video search intuitive and highly accurate. The extension is continuously updated, with version 1.0.9 released on August 5, 2024.
