For job seekers and veterans, SkillMil offers a free resume builder, with specialized tools for veteran resumes. The platform leverages AI to maximize job searches and create Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ready resumes. Key benefits include organizing your job search and candidate profiles, bookmarking job postings and contacts from popular sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, and saving full LinkedIn profiles for networking and pipeline growth. Users can also save notes on contacts and jobs, and share their progress with collaborators like team members, career advisors, or friends.
SkillMil features powerful AI tools such as Milly™, an interactive resume builder and job description tool, and SkillScore, which precisely matches your abilities to job postings. For veterans, the VMET Parser translates military experience into a personalized resume profile. The platform also supports compliance-ready profiles for smoother WOTC certification.
