Meet Boo, your AI-powered Boolean Generator designed to revolutionize how recruiters search for talent on LinkedIn Recruiter. Boo acts as a smart Boolean engine that directly integrates with LinkedIn Recruiter, fixing search inefficiencies. Its core functionality allows users to type search queries in plain English and receive a flawless, multi-line Boolean string in seconds. This significantly reduces the time and effort required to construct complex searches.
One of Boo's standout features is its Logic Expander, which automatically adds synonyms, plurals, common typos, and alternative titles to your search queries. This capability can surface up to 60% more potential talent that might otherwise be missed. For recruiters aiming to optimize their search strategies, Boo offers A/B testing for searches, enabling side-by-side comparison of different search variations to identify the most effective one.
Boo also supports global recruitment with its Live Translate feature, capable of handling over 100 languages, including regional terms and gender-specific variations. The Team Mode facilitates instant sharing of search strings among team members, promoting faster alignment and reducing the need for manual searching or folder navigation. Additionally, a Template Library allows users to save winning search strings for future use, eliminating the need to rebuild them from scratch.
Built with compliance in mind, Boo operates as an overlay-only extension. It never logs into user accounts, scrapes data, posts content, or auto-connects, ensuring 100% adherence to LinkedIn's Terms of Service and keeping user accounts safe. The extension is data-light, storing only saved strings. A 7-day free trial is available on every install, with an upgrade option for £180 per user per year. Support resources include free chapters of the Boolean Academy and live chat with experienced recruiters.
