Description
Kagi FastGPT To Markdown is a Chrome extension designed to simplify the process of saving AI-generated content from Kagi's FastGPT. Users often find FastGPT's initial responses and the listed sources valuable for research. However, managing this information can become cumbersome with many open tabs or repeated searches.

This extension addresses this by automatically grabbing both the question and the answer provided by FastGPT. It then formats this information into a clean markdown structure, which is conveniently copied directly to your clipboard. While FastGPT's output is already in markdown, this tool offers a more streamlined and user-friendly method for copying and pasting, enhancing the overall research workflow.
The extension follows recommended practices for Chrome extensions, ensuring a smooth user experience. It is particularly beneficial for researchers, students, and anyone who frequently uses AI tools for information gathering and needs an efficient way to archive and review the generated content. By converting the AI's output into a portable markdown format, users can easily integrate it into notes, documents, or other research platforms.
The developer has disclosed that the extension will not collect or use user data, and that data will not be sold to third parties or used for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality. This commitment to privacy provides users with added assurance. The extension is offered by pbragamiranda and was last updated on December 29, 2023.
