When used in conjunction with the hire.glider.ai platform, the Glider proctoring chrome extension enables seamless screen sharing for the duration of a candidate's test. A key aspect of its operation is the explicit permission sought from candidates to track their screen activity during the assessment period. This ensures transparency and adherence to privacy standards.
Upon test submission, hiring teams receive comprehensive reports. These reports detail the candidate's competency and integrity, supported by verifiable evidence gathered during the proctored session. This data-driven approach assists organizations in making more informed hiring decisions and in developing their existing talent pool effectively. The platform's goal is to guarantee a high-quality hire on every role, regardless of industry or employment type (full-time or contingent).
The extension is offered by GLIDER.ai, a developer focused on AI-driven talent quality solutions. Glider Proctoring has disclosed its data handling practices, stating that it does not sell data to third parties outside approved use cases and does not use or transfer data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality or for determining creditworthiness. Users can find more detailed information in the developer's privacy policy.
