At its core, corrAI utilizes OpenAI's renowned Large Language Model (LLM) to provide accurate and context-aware assistance. This allows users to concentrate on the substance of their message—the ideas, communication, and structure—while the AI handles the intricacies of grammar, spelling, and language conversion. The algorithm is specifically engineered to preserve the user's unique writing style, ensuring that the output feels authentic and personal.
The primary benefits of using corrAI include significant time savings, as users can avoid lengthy manual reviews. It also enhances the quality of written content by ensuring it is error-free and well-articulated. This leads to increased confidence in communication, enabling users to express their thoughts more freely and effectively. The extension offers three convenient access methods: directly through the extension interface, via a right-click context menu after selecting text, and specifically integrated with Outlook.
corrAI operates on a token-based system, where each correction or translation action consumes a unit. This pay-as-you-go model is designed to be cost-effective, with the average correction of a 400-character email costing approximately 0.0020 euros. The platform offers various token packages, from 25,000 tokens for €0.50 to 4,000,000 tokens for €10.00. Additionally, a tiered system rewards users with free tokens as they progress through different usage levels, with every new user starting with 20,000 free tokens.
