Description
Auto Gmail is an AI-powered Chrome extension designed to streamline email management by automatically drafting responses within your Gmail inbox. It connects directly to your Gmail account, analyzing your historical email data to learn your unique writing style, tone, and common phrases. This personalized learning enables the AI to generate contextually relevant email replies for every inbound message.

The core functionality of Auto Gmail involves its ability to draft responses automatically, even when you are not actively in Gmail. Upon opening your inbox, new drafts will be ready for your review, significantly reducing the time spent on repetitive email communication. The tool aims to enhance productivity by allowing the AI to handle email responses, freeing up users to focus on other tasks.
Users retain full control over their communications; no email is sent without explicit user approval by hitting the "Send" button. The extension supports mobile and desktop use, with drafts appearing in the mobile Gmail app for on-the-go management. For more nuanced responses, users can provide additional context, such as links to relevant documents or calendar information, to guide the AI's drafting process.
Under the hood, Auto Gmail integrates with the Gmail API and utilizes advanced AI models, including ChatGPT (GPT-4) and Llama-3, to generate email drafts. To ensure accuracy and relevance, the AI is provided with similar past emails as context. The system retrains periodically, typically every few days, to incorporate the latest messages and keep the AI updated with new information shared via email.
The service offers a five-day free trial, followed by a subscription model. Pricing includes a monthly option at $27/month or an annual plan at $197/year. For users who send a high volume of emails, a specialized "Max" plan is available for $47/month. This tiered pricing structure aims to accommodate various user needs and usage patterns.
