ICIAI - Innovation in Artificial Intelligence

ICIAI 2026 is proudly co-sponsored by Waseda University in Japan and the Research Institute of Big Data Analytics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in China. The conference is led by Conference Co-chairs Prof. Steven Guan from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Prof. Hayato YAMANA from Waseda University, ensuring high-level academic guidance and organization.

Artificial intelligence, a vast field within computer science, focuses on creating intelligent machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intellect. AI is inherently interdisciplinary, employing various methodologies. Recent breakthroughs in machine learning and deep learning are currently driving a paradigm shift across nearly every segment of the technology industry, making events like ICIAI crucial for disseminating new knowledge.

Selected papers presented at the conference, following a rigorous review process and successful registration and presentation, will be published in the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering series as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct thorough quality checks on all accepted papers to ensure publication standards are met. The proceedings are indexed by SCOPUS and EI Compendex, and all published books are submitted for consideration in Web of Science, enhancing their visibility and impact.
