Onboarding runs through Zoe: a club uploads an existing roster, schedule or spreadsheet, or simply describes what it runs, and Zoe parses that information to build out programs, classes and a season automatically. From there, coaches and families are invited by email, text or a shareable link. Beyond setup, Zoe can register players, send invoices, follow up on overdue dues, and send RSVP reminders, with each automated step reviewable or able to be turned off if a club prefers to handle it manually.
Day-to-day, Zoyo covers team chat with group channels and direct messages between coaches and parents, QR code check-in at practices and games, push notifications for schedule changes and announcements, and skill assessments and progress reports that parents can view as they're recorded. A one-click tournament bracket builder tracks scores, auto-advances winners, and broadcasts results to the team chat. Clubs can apply their own logo and colors across the parent app, chat header and announcements.
Billing runs through the platform directly, so clubs and coaches can charge for programs, classes and memberships without a separate payment plugin. Two portals separate the work: an admin portal for club admins and head coaches covering programs, tournaments, scheduling, billing and branding, and a parent and coach portal for the week-to-week logistics of practices, chat, check-in and payments.
Zoyo doesn't publish a fixed price list. Pricing is based on how many active players a club registers, and interested clubs fill in a short form or book a demo to get a custom quote and onboarding plan.
