Description
Whirl, formerly InterviewMe, is an AI-powered platform designed to help job seekers practice their interview skills and gain confidence. The tool simulates real interview scenarios, allowing users to practice answering questions out loud and receive immediate, actionable feedback. This feedback goes beyond generic advice, pinpointing specific areas for improvement such as rambling, lack of quantifiable results, or weak delivery.

Users can engage in live behavioral rounds with an AI interviewer, receiving scores and progress updates. The platform highlights common pitfalls that hinder job offers, including ineffective communication, unimpactful answers, and insufficient practice under pressure. Whirl aims to transform interview performance by providing honest, data-driven insights rather than superficial encouragement.
The core functionality includes detailed feedback reports that score various aspects of an interview, such as communication clarity, answer structure, confidence, presence, and use of examples. An AI coach provides specific notes on how to enhance answers, like adhering to time limits or incorporating metrics. For those seeking a more immersive experience, Whirl offers a Pro feature for real video interviews. This allows users to practice with a live AI interviewer on video, receive coaching on their delivery, and track body language over time.
Key features of the video interview practice include voice-powered responses, a realistic AI interviewer that listens and responds, session recording for review, and delivery analytics scored on confidence, clarity, and presence. The process is designed to be straightforward: users set up their interview by choosing a role and uploading their resume, practice with the adaptive AI interviewer, and then receive comprehensive feedback and improvement tips. An advanced 'Inferno Mode' is available for executives, offering board-level simulations with AI pressure and eye contact detection.
Whirl is targeted at job seekers at all levels, from entry-level to executive, who want to improve their interview performance and increase their chances of landing their dream job. The value proposition lies in providing a cost-effective, accessible, and highly personalized method for interview preparation that delivers tangible results, as evidenced by testimonials from satisfied users who have seen significant score improvements.
