Valueonboard AI Studio

Track B focuses on high-value partnerships, where Valueonboard collaborates with a select few companies to build their AI products. This track encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from initial product strategy and scoping to AI development and AWS operations, with a strong emphasis on cost discipline. Clients work directly with the principals of Valueonboard, ensuring senior-level expertise from start to finish.

Their flagship product, IntelliHR, is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) that demonstrates their commitment to shipping production-ready AI. IntelliHR automates various aspects of the hiring lifecycle, including drafting job ads, ranking candidate relevance, and predicting potential drop-offs. Another notable product is an offline meeting-minutes generator designed for the public sector, featuring on-device Hungarian speech recognition and summarization, prioritizing privacy and data residency.

Valueonboard's operational philosophy is rooted in product discipline. They prioritize outcomes and P&L over the AI model itself, viewing AI as a tool to generate revenue. They advocate for shipping the simplest functional solution quickly, emphasizing end-to-end ownership from strategy to AWS operations. Crucially, they are EU AI Act-aware and design for compliance from the outset, incorporating risk classification, transparency, and human oversight. GDPR and EU data residency are standard considerations, with on-premise solutions available for sensitive data.

The team comprises experienced professionals, including a founder with over 20 years of experience in shipping and selling real products, having founded and exited a marketplace and a CRM SaaS. They are joined by partners with expertise in applied AI and regulated domains, ensuring rigorous adherence to compliance standards like GDPR and the EU AI Act. Valueonboard serves the Hungarian and EU markets, with infrastructure typically running on AWS in the EU region.
