Description
TheAnalystAI monitors the reasons behind a stock holding, not the stock itself. A user writes down, in their own words, why they bought a company, for example that a brand has pricing power, and the platform turns that reasoning into a small number of checkpoints tied to figures the company actually reports in its SEC filings.

Once a checkpoint is confirmed, TheAnalystAI reads new filings against it and reports back in one of several explicit states, including new evidence to review, no material change, or a source that was unavailable. Every figure it cites names the filing form, the period and the date, and links to the source document, so a user can check the evidence rather than take a summary on faith. If a source can't be read, the platform says so rather than presenting a false all-clear.
The workflow has three steps: write down the reasoning, confirm the checkpoints the platform derives from it, and then let it watch. After confirmation, filings are checked automatically and briefings are delivered in the app and by email on a schedule the user sets. The product explicitly does not make buy or sell recommendations; it is built to surface when a stated reason for owning a stock may no longer hold, leaving the decision to the investor.
TheAnalystAI is aimed at self-directed investors who hold ten to twenty companies or more and don't have time to re-read every quarterly filing themselves. It offers a free plan covering one monitored company with three confirmed checkpoints, filing-backed change cards, and 90 days of briefing history. A paid Monitor plan costs $29 a month, billed through Paddle, and covers up to 20 monitored companies with the same three checkpoints per company, in-app and email briefings, full briefing and thesis-version history, and shareable monitoring pages a user can opt into. The company states plainly that it is not a registered investment adviser or broker and that users bear the risk of their own investment decisions.
