Description
Summry is monitoring software for recurring public-source research, built for professionals and small teams. Alerts and feeds collect links, but someone still has to check what is new, credible and relevant. Summry does that research for you: it checks company sites, regulators, official publications, trade media and regional reporting, validates dates and evidence, removes repeats and delivers one concise update with the supporting sources attached. Each update also calls out important coverage gaps, such as a source that could not be checked, and quiet periods produce a shorter update instead of filler.

Self-service monitoring starts with the Free plan (€0): one active monitor on a focused subject, a weekly factual digest and one recipient, with no credit card required. After starting a real Free monitor, users can upgrade from the dashboard to Individual (€20/month) for up to three active monitors, delivered weekly or on any two or more chosen days, to one recipient. Users choose the subject, name the sources they find useful and refine the focus in plain language.
For work that needs more context, Professional (€100/month per configured briefing) delivers a configured intelligence briefing built around one agreed information need. Summry drafts a monitoring charter covering the objective, entities, sources, exclusions and priorities, and the customer validates it. The briefing separates verified facts from assessment and adds an executive overview, relevance to the agreed priorities, confidence, time horizon, watchpoints and coverage notes. The standard scope covers up to thirty companies or other entities, up to six related categories and up to ten confirmed recipients, delivered on any selected days. Every Professional briefing starts with a fourteen-day pilot that needs no card, and the paid subscription begins only after explicit approval. Custom setups cover private sources, integrations, several briefing systems and white-label distribution.
Common uses include competitive intelligence, procurement and supply chain monitoring, regulatory monitoring and tracking industry developments, as well as technology, cybersecurity, research, tenders and prices. Summry delivers its output in 14 languages and can research sources in other languages and across several countries. It is built by Potik Technologies OÜ.
