Description
SkillSyncer is a powerful tool designed to help job seekers optimize their resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). These systems are commonly used by companies to filter through resumes and identify qualified candidates based on keyword matching. SkillSyncer allows users to compare their resumes against specific job descriptions, highlighting missing keywords and providing suggestions to improve their match score.

The tool works by analyzing the job description provided by the user, ranking keywords based on their frequency and importance as mentioned by the employer. Users can upload their existing resumes in PDF or DOCX format, and SkillSyncer will parse them into editable sections. This allows users to maintain their original wording while making necessary adjustments to improve their resume's compatibility with ATS.
SkillSyncer offers both free and premium plans. The free plan includes the ability to build and export one resume as a PDF, perform two job match scans per week, and receive ten AI credits weekly. The premium plan, starting at $14.95 per month, offers unlimited resumes and scans, live match scoring, and additional features such as DOCX export and 250 AI credits per week.
The tool ensures user privacy by not sharing or indexing uploaded resumes and allowing users to delete their data at any time. SkillSyncer is particularly beneficial for job seekers who want to ensure their resumes are ATS-compliant and tailored to specific job postings, ultimately increasing their chances of securing interviews.
