Description
Revise AI is an AI editor built for writers that sharpens clarity, pacing, dialogue, and scenes while keeping your authentic voice. Positioned as a Grammarly alternative for people who want more control, it acts as a line editor rather than a rewriter: you paste text you have already written, and it suggests line-level improvements without silently replacing your draft.

Every suggestion appears as a tracked change you can accept, reject, or modify, and you can dial the editing intensity up or down. Custom writing rules and voice profiles let you set tone, formality, and what the editor should leave alone, while a teaching mode remembers the edits you accept or reject so later suggestions stay closer to your style. Revise does not train on your writing.
The tool supports multiple AI models, speech-to-text, AI text humanization, and 40+ languages, and offers a Chrome extension for editing directly in the browser. Fiction writers, authors, and novelists use it as a line editor on full manuscripts. It offers a free tier plus Pro and Ultra plans, with a free monthly word allowance.
