Description
ProhostAI is an AI-powered property management platform for short-term rental hosts and property managers. It starts with AI guest messaging — instant replies based on your listing information, messaging history, and local data, with an Autopilot mode that responds automatically — and extends into coordinating every stay through specialized AI Employees for guest messages, tasks, devices, cleanings, and operations.

The platform brings together the tools hosts normally juggle: AI workflows described in plain language, an AI phone assistant that links, records, transcribes, and summarizes calls, smart device automation, automatic maintenance tasks generated from messages and reviews, cleaning scheduling with auto-assignment and timestamped photos, AI upsells for gap nights, AI-generated guest reviews, digital guidebooks, a guest CRM, team chat, scheduled messages, and a direct booking website with Stripe payments. It connects to Airbnb or a PMS plus messaging channels and 200+ integrations.
ProhostAI is built for portfolios ranging from 1 to 300+ properties and offers native iOS and Android apps, a REST API, an MCP server, and webhooks for developers and AI agents. It is free to start with no credit card required, and paid plans add unlimited AI replies, Autopilot, AI Memory, workflows, and advanced management.
